Consistent Hospitality at an Older Hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful at reception, concierge, the beach club, the spa, and the breakfast area. The service consistently exceeded my expectations. I found the unique experience it provided, not just its preservation.
The room air conditioning was not effective. the shower temperature had issues. It alternated between freezing cold and scalding.

My room was on the fourth floor and featured views of the sea. The view included the Massena Palace. This was especially beautiful in the morning.

my stay included access to a private beach. The beach service was very prompt. I found a plentiful supply of fresh towels available daily. I also found convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants from the hotel.

my recent visit was amazing i loved the fantastic remodel with large rooms the spa was also amazing and the food was excellent i especially appreciated the very nice staff's warm welcome and helpful assistance. i felt genuinely cared for every moment i looked forward to another stay at this amazing place. i found everything very upscale and convenient.
my room wasn't quite ready upon arrival and i had to wait a short time past the stated check in time before getting access i had to ask for a claim ticket while storing my luggage for a few hours after checking out it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting.

the staff were cute and always went out of their way to help with every need english was spoken fluently throughout the hotel concierge services also provided an itinerary of suggestions for nearby restaurants and transportation options.
