Consistent Hospitality at an Older Hotel
helpful staff unique experience
The staff were friendly and helpful at reception, concierge, the beach club, the spa, and the breakfast area. The service consistently exceeded my expectations. I found the unique experience it provided, not just its preservation.
The room air conditioning was not effective. the shower temperature had issues. It alternated between freezing cold and scalding.

Breakfast offered many choices and was delicious. The hotel bar provided excellent coffee. The bar offered selections of drinks and advice.

Staff was available 24 hours to assist with needs. The housekeeping services was excellent. The staff member smiles to the guests .

My room was on the fourth floor and featured views of the sea. The view included the Massena Palace. This was especially beautiful in the morning.

The spa pool was very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel has a lot of art work. Guests are allowed to visit each floor to appreciate the art.

prompt beach service fresh towels convenient access nearby shops
my stay included access to a private beach. The beach service was very prompt. I found a plentiful supply of fresh towels available daily. I also found convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants from the hotel.
The elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long during peak hours.

The room had individual climate control. A large tv was installed. I benefited from a well-stocked mini-bar. The bathroom featured two sinks and a separate shower stall.

Breakfast featured a wide assortment of pastries and fresh fruit. The restaurant had AMAZING views. The dining staff provided prompt and attentive service. Gluten-free options were available upon request.

The hotel is near many local attractions. Public transport links are easily accessible. I found the area to be generally quiet at night. Secured parking was available on the premises.

really good stay at the coast
fantastic remodel large rooms amazing food
my recent visit was amazing i loved the fantastic remodel with large rooms the spa was also amazing and the food was excellent i especially appreciated the very nice staff's warm welcome and helpful assistance. i felt genuinely cared for every moment i looked forward to another stay at this amazing place. i found everything very upscale and convenient.
my room wasn't quite ready upon arrival and i had to wait a short time past the stated check in time before getting access i had to ask for a claim ticket while storing my luggage for a few hours after checking out it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting.

the hotel has a brand new spa that includes a beautiful design plus a comfortable size ensuring guests find it very inviting the hotel maintains an air of luxury as if guests were royalty in a palace this atmosphere is really good.

the staff were cute and always went out of their way to help with every need english was spoken fluently throughout the hotel concierge services also provided an itinerary of suggestions for nearby restaurants and transportation options.

my junior suite provided excellent public areas and tastefully decorated period rooms the junior suite was spacious and well appointed the perfect service made me feel like royalty with the hotel being tastefully decorated with unique art.
